Fight Factory Visit Team Sure Grip In Southend

Only yesterday Fight Factory took a little trip to Southend-on-sea to visit one of the best MMA gyms in Essex, Team Sure Grip. I know I am certainly not the most experienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu player in the world, but I was really impressed with someone of the slick manoveuors head coach, Daniel Burzotta was showing the students.
